These instructions assume you have setup the repository first (or read it).

To pull app_sidecar_ubuntu_bionic @ reference/tag 1.20.2-tetrate-v4-debug: 

docker pull containers.istio.tetratelabs.com/app_sidecar_ubuntu_bionic:1.20.2-tetrate-v4-debug

You can also pull the latest version of this image (if it exists): 

docker pull containers.istio.tetratelabs.com/app_sidecar_ubuntu_bionic:latest

To refer to this image after pulling in a Dockerfile, specify the following: 

FROM containers.istio.tetratelabs.com/app_sidecar_ubuntu_bionic:1.20.2-tetrate-v4-debug

Note: You should replace 1.20.2-tetrate-v4-debug with an alternative reference to pull, such as: 1.20.2-tetrate-v4.
