For legal or compliance reasons you can enforce users to agree to your custom End-User License Agreement (EULA) before they can download your packages. This is especially useful if you're a vendor or would like to disclaim warranties prior to usage.
The priority upload queue has higher precedence than the non-priority upload queues, and more processing power. When on the priority upload queue your packages will be processed quicker, and will have priority over other packages.
Access Entitlements (Advanced)
Like basic entitlements, advanced entitlements allow you to control who has read-only access to your repositories, to download packages and assets. However, you can also limit what access an entitlement has by search, or you can limit how long a token is valid for by time. As a vendor, you can power your license-based distribution with tokens that are dynamically created via the API, based on your customer needs.
